Damage Policy
We stand behind what we sell. If you have received damage in your shipment, please call us immediately and we will either issue a replacement for your product or refund your money.

Return policy:

If you are unsatisfied with our products, please return shipment to: Diversified Distribution Service Center, 2825 Mt Pleasant Street Unit 21, Burlington, Iowa 52601. If shipping thru U.S. Postal service please ship to: PO box 1006, Burlington, IA 52601. We recommend shipping in a track-able method for your protection. Once we receive your return we will take an inventory and issue a credit to your credit card minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept previously opened product. All returns must be received within 30 days of your shipment date. Please note: we can only refund shipping charges that are a result of our error.
